PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe massage unit capable of applying acupressure massage with rich variations to the soles of a person to be treated by changing a speed to high and low. SOLUTION: This toe massage unit is provided with footrest parts 2 for mounting the soles of the person to be treated, long holes 25 opened in the footrest parts 2, acupressure rods 32 being extractable/retractable from the long holes 25, reciprocating along the long holes 25 and massaging the soles of the person to be treated, a slide means 4 reciprocating the acupressure rods 32 along the long holes 25, and an extracting/retracting means 6 vertically extracting/retracting the acupressure rods 32 from the long holes 25. This massage unit is further provided with a control means 71 electrically connected to the slide means 4 and the extracting/retracting means 6 and controlling the slide means and the extracting/retracting means 6, and the control means controls the slide means 4 to move the acupressure rods 32 along the long holes 25 and controls the extracting/retracting means 6 to raise or lower the acupressure rods 32.
