PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized light-weight tabletop noodle-making machine installable on a kitchen table, a home sink or a dining table. SOLUTION: The noodle-making machine 10 is provided with a gap adjusting mechanism to adjust the gap t between a pair of rollers, a cutter 3 to cut a noodle dough sheet rolled to a prescribed thickness with the rollers to prescribed width, a roller driving mechanism to rotate the rollers and a cutter rotating/stopping mechanism to rotate or stop the cutter 3. The kneaded lump of noodle dough is charged from a charging hole 11 of the noodle-making machine 10 having an inclined face, rolled to a prescribed thickness with the rollers, a shift lever 7 placed at the front of an idle gear shaft is tilted to engage the idle gear and rotate the cutting blades 3a, 3b of the cutter 3, and the noodle dough sheet is passed through the cutter 3 to slit the dough to a prescribed width.
