SOLUTION: The washing and filtrating system (100) for the electric discharge machining machine includes a work tank (102) constituted so as to internally retain a workpiece (104), a first filtrating stage (116) for roughly filtering machining liquid (110) discharged from the work tank (102) and including a residue, and a second filtrating stage (124) for finely filtering the machining liquid (110) discharged from the first filtrating stage (116) and roughly filtered.
