DETECTION INSTRUMENT WITH THE USE OF POLYNUCLEOTIDES MAPPED ON BARLEY CHROMOSOME

It is intended to provide an instrument for detecting gene expression, an instrument for detecting a gene polymorphism, an instrument for detecting an expressed protein and an instrument for detecting a substance interacting with an expressed protein which are usable in barley breeding. Polynucleotides comprising gene marker sequences and EST sequences mapped on barley chromosome, proteins encoded by the EST sequences and antibodies against these proteins are immobilized on a support. Further, the polynucleotides etc. immobilized on the support are aligned in the order as on the barley chromosome.
