<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a holder mechanism by improving a heat radiation efficiency, and also utilizing an abutment part of a heat sink on a holder as a laser rotation adjusting mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The heat sink 33 mounted with a semiconductor laser chip 31 thereon is made to directly abut on an inside holder 37; a rotary shaft consisting of groove parts 40 and a projection part 40 is formed on these abutment parts; a cylindrical surface centering a light emitting point Q of the semiconductor laser chip 31 is formed on an outside wall part 37a of the inside holder 37; and further, a cylindrical surface centering the light emitting point Q is formed on the inside wall part of an outside holder 38. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
