<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally-transferable protective film, more specifically, a thermally-transferable protective film which protects, for example, information on an image formed on a medium-to-be-transferred by another image forming means, which can enhance the durability of the image information etc. by transferring a transferable transparent protective layer to an arbitrary part by heating pressure bonding from the backside of a base material by a thermal head etc., which has proper alcohol resistance, and which can be properly cut in transfer. <P>SOLUTION: In this thermally-transferable protective film, the transferable transparent protective layer, which is mainly composed of a polyester resin and an epoxy resin and whose mass ratio is in the range of 30:70-50:50, is provided on the base material. Additionally, in the thermally-transferable protective film, a second protective layer, which is mainly composed of an acrylic resin and a lubricant, is provided between the base material and the transferable transparent protective layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
