<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely inhibit administration in an unopened state relating to a medical liquid discharge method from a two-liquid mixing type medical liquid bag. <P>SOLUTION: An inner lid 22 is provided inside a cylindrical medical liquid discharge port for which one end of a two-liquid mixing type bag is closed, and the inner lid 22 is constituted of a hydrogen ion concentration sensing body 24 for responding to the pH of a liquid in contact with it to be expanded or reduced and disk-like members 26 and 28 formed of a rigid plastic thin plate for clamping and holding the hydrogen ion concentration sensing body 24 from above and below. Since the pH sensing body 24 is expanded in a diameter by an alkali medical liquid stored in the second cell of the medical liquid bag 10 and is strongly adhered to the inner peripheral surface of the medical liquid discharge port 20 in the state that a weak seal is not opened, it tightly closes the internal void of the medical liquid bag 10 to the outside and blocks the insertion of a puncture needle 50 of a fluid suplementation set. In response to a neutral hydrogen ion concentration value by the mixing of the medical liquids by the opening of the weak seal part, the adhesion with the inner peripheral surface of the medical liquid discharge port 20 is canceled and the insertion of the puncture needle is allowed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
