<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable users to order by making contact directly to a franchise store when the users perform order, and to enable users to operate simply from mobile phones. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, (a) a head office server (16) urges a computer (10) of a user (12) by home page (22) to input mail address of mobile phone (24) of the user (12); (b) the head office server (16) transmits URL of a management server (26) to the mail address of mobile phone of the user (12) when the mail address of mobile phone of the user (12) is input from the computer (10), and makes the mobile phone memorize the URL; (c) the management server (26) urges the user to input from mobile phone (24) when the server is accessed from the mobile phone (24); (d) the management server (26) indicates a selected franchise store (30) together with the telephone number on the mobile phone (24); and the management server (26) performs telephone sending processing to the franchise store (30) corresponding selection of telephone number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
