<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express various workflows, and accurately grasp and control document flows and their states. <P>SOLUTION: A flow progress processing part 22 in a control server 10 specifies conferees, related authority type codes with referring to a meeting information table and an authority table, and document status type codes with referring to the status table.
