<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a predetermined current precisely to a self-light emitting element in a constant voltage drive system. <P>SOLUTION: The scanning line drive circuit 20 sequentially selects a scanning line 11 in every horizontal scanning period. The data line drive circuit 30 has a drive circuit 330 to apply a data voltage to each of the data lines 13 in every horizontal period.
