<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which aged deterioration of luminance of an organic electroluminescence device is predicted accurately and easily. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence device 10 is driven with a constant current by a constant current driving circuit 11 and a luminance L(t) at that time (where t is a driving period) is measured by a luminance meter 12. Then, by fitting the aged deterioration characteristics of the luminance L(t) measured at that time with a function c(t), that is, c(t)=L(t)/L(0)=1-Alogä(t+τ)/τ}, the aged deterioration function of the luminance is identified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
