<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a regulant of in vivo lipid for preventing or treating progress of life-style related diseases such as circulatory disease and diabetic to critical states by the progress of obesity, hyperlipemia, hypercholesterolemia, or the like, caused by the increase in the blood or the accumulation in a tissue or an organ of a living body of a lipid ingested as a food and drink, or the like, or a lipid synthesized in vivo; and to obtain a composition for regulation of the lipid obtained by formulating the regulant. <P>SOLUTION: The regulant of the in vivo lipid contains a koji-oligosaccharide as an active ingredient.
