<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique for presenting an appropriate commodity to a customer. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step of deciding whether a commodity data is already presented to a particular customer by referring to a history information storage which stores identification information of the commodity having been presented to the customer; on deciding the commodity data has been presented to the particular customer, a step of extracting the commodity identification information having been presented to the above particular customer from the history information storage, so as to store into a presentation information storage; on deciding the commodity data has not been presented to the particular customer yet, a step of storing identification information of a commodity corresponding to the taste of the sales person in charge of the particular customer into the presentation information storage by referring to a favorite information storage storing data in regard to the taste of each sales person and a classification information storage storing an attribute value corresponding to the taste on a commodity-by-commodity basis; and a step of extracting and outputting an item data indicating the commodity content corresponding to the commodity identification information stored in the presentation information storage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
