For example, admission information to a shareholding association transmitted from an employee terminal 6a is received, and employee information is stored based on the received admission information. Then, stock purchase information is prepared based on an enterprise recommendation rate showing the extent of a recommendation rate corresponding to the attributes of employees included in the employee information and an employee recommendation rate based on the employee information and a monthly purchase sum included in the employee information.
