<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat capable of preventing breakage or damage on a winding device side caused by winding up a belt with great force to the winding device side, in the vehicular seat equipped with the winding device for winding up the seat belt. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular seat 1 equipped with the seat belt 60 for protecting an occupant seated in a seating portion 10, comprises the belt 63 wherein a tongue 65 is attached at a tip end portion, a buckle 62, and the winding device 90 stored in a supporting portion 18 and winding up the belt 63 around a belt winding portion 91. A belt drawing out portion 3 is formed on the supporting portion 18. In the belt drawing portion 3, a clearance 3a is formed by an end portion side A of a bottom plate 14 extending from the buckle 62 side and an end portion side B of a side cover 19.
