<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method and device for pressing a tab lead in the soldering of a solar cell and the tab lead. <P>SOLUTION: In the soldering of a solar cell and a tab lead, rear end side of each tab lead pressing member 10 for pressing each tab lead on the forward end side thereof is supported by a supporting part provided on the outside of the thermal irradiation range of a thermal heater unit such that it can oscillate freely through a resilient body.
