PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for eliminating the defect of the conventional ionizing radiation, regarding an absorption field of the ionizing radiation. SOLUTION: For absorbing the ionizing radiation, desirably, in the case of the ionizing radiation energy being at more than about 10eV, and further desirably, in the case of the ionizing radiation being related to X-ray or gammer-ray, an organic compound of chemical formula CH<SB>n</SB>I<SB>4-n</SB>(n is 1-3) is used.
