IDENTIFICATION HISTORY MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, TERMINAL, AND PROGRAM FOR TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification history management apparatus performing history management of personal identification while securing privacy and a terminal which are used for managing the authentication history. SOLUTION: The terminal 2 has an identification processing part 22 for performing personal identification of a user and, when the user requests for the personal identification, identification history information to show history of the identification processing is transmitted to the identification history management apparatus 1 via a network 3. The identification history information to be transmitted includes an enciphered biological information which is obtained by enciphering biological information used for the identification processing and information to show the result of the identification processing. The identification history management apparatus 1 manages the received identification history information as an identification log. In the case that the identification log is received by using the terminal 2, when a providing request for the identification log is transmitted to the identification history management apparatus 1, the identification log is transmitted to the terminal 2 from the identification history management apparatus 1.
