PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange ventilation system capable of increasing swirling induced draft by further intensifying a swirling component of supplied air in comparison with a conventional one, and improving air flow attenuation characteristic. SOLUTION: In this exchange ventilation system 1 where the low-temperature air SA is supplied into an air conditioning space 10, and the heated air raised by being heated in the air conditioning space 10 is exhausted EA to perform the ventilation, a plurality of guide fins 30 are mounted on an air supply hole 15 for the low temperature air SA to give the swirling component to the low temperature air SA blown out into the air conditioning space 10, the plurality of guide fins 20 are radially mounted around a central axis 15' of the air supply hole 15, and respectively inclined to a plane orthogonal to the central axis 15' of the air supply hole 15 at the same angle, and a cylindrical inner wall face 33 applying the central axis 15' of the air supply hole 15 as its central axis, is formed around the plurality of guide fins 30.
