PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information sharing system which enables information to be quickly transmitted and efficiently shared via a network. SOLUTION: The information sharing system 1 has a reporter terminal 15 used by a reporter who originates information, a manager terminal 16 used by a person in charge who has authority to approve a report from the reporter, and an information referrer terminal 17 used by an information referrer who references the report from the reporter, the terminals 15, 16 and 17 being connected to a data center 10 via a network 14, wherein image data is acquired by the mail server 11 and is stored in a database 13 when the reporter transmits image data photographed by a digital camera 151 from the reporter terminal 15 to a main server 11 by e-mail. When publication of the above stored image data is approved by the operation of the manager terminal 16, the image data is published by a web server 12 and can be browsed by the information referrer terminal 17.
