PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a heat radiation body amplifier in a moving route of a heating medium in an inside in any of various kinds of drying treating furnaces for smoke heat, smoking, steam and the like to amplify a heat radiation body, so as to prepare a strong energy band for enhancing quality of an objective material. SOLUTION: This heat radiation body amplifier 1 of the present invention is constituted of an active element 2 for strong energy oscillation, and a resonance catalyst 3 for the strong energy oscillation, and is constituted to pass or stay the heating medium (smoke, air, steam or the like).
