PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy-saving performance and controllability by preventing the generation of water-hammer phenomenon (shock and vibration) due to cooling water when cooling a condenser with a water cooled type cooling unit, and improving operating efficiency over the whole. SOLUTION: The condenser 4 provided in a refrigeration cycle 2 is provided with the water cooled type cooling unit 5 for cooling the condenser 4 by exchanging heat by circulating cooling water Ws. The water cooled type cooling unit 5 is provided with a water control means 6 for controlling flow of the cooling water Ws on the basis of the refrigerant pressure Pd in a high-pressure range of the refrigeration cycle 2 and a pressure absorbing means 7 for absorbing the refrigerant pressure Pd and for transmitting it to the water control means 6.
