PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential gear, which can be shipped as working fluid is injected into a transmission. SOLUTION: This differential gear is provided with a closing means 12 to close a hollow part in a hollow shaft part in a side gear, a first seal means 13 installed between the inner circumferential side of a differential case on one end side forming a spline and the outer circumferential side on one side gear, a second seal means 14 installed between the outer circumferential side of the differential case on one side forming the spline and the inner circumferential side of the differential housing, and a third seal means 15 installed between the inner circumferential side of the differential housing and the outer circumferential side of the other side gear.
