PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop acceleration feeling requested by a driver even in abrupt acceleration. SOLUTION: An ECU mounted on a vehicle capable of changing an accelerator pedal operation load performs a program comprising a step (S100) for measuring the acceleration of the vehicle, a step (S110) for calculating the change rate per time of the acceleration of the vehicle, a step (S130) for changing the accelerator pedal operation load so that the acceleration pedal operation load is increased more as the change rate of acceleration is more increased when the change rate of acceleration of the vehicle is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold (YES in S120), and a step (S140) for controlling the pedal operation load so that the pedal operation load is as specified when the change rate of acceleration of the vehicle is less than the predetermined threshold (NO in S120).
