PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail for making a gate travel; to prevent the accumulation of dust, sand, etc.; to enable rainwater to smoothly flow into the grating; and to prevent a passerby from stumbling. SOLUTION: A U-shaped gutter is buried in a road surface 1. A mounting frame body 20 for installing the grating is fixed to an upper end of the U-shaped gutter 10. The mounting frame body 20 comprises a placement part 21, a side plate part 22 and a contact part 23. The grating 30 for the gate is provided with: a grating body 31 which is mounted in the state of having both bottom parts placed on the placement part 21 and of bringing both side surfaces into approximate contact with the side plate part 22, and which is used for making the rainwater etc. flow into the U-shaped gutter 10; and a rail 32 which is fixed almost to the center of the grating body 31.
