PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition exhibiting decomposability in natural environments and being excellent in dynamic properties, particularly in tear strength and impact strength. SOLUTION: The aliphatic polyester resin composition comprises an aliphatic polyester resin (A) having a glass transition temperature of 0°C or lower and an MFR, as measured at 190°C under a 2.16 kg load, of at most 10g/10 min and an aliphatic oxycarboxylic acid resin (B) having a glass transition temperature of 30°C or higher and an MFR, as measured at 190°C under a 2.16 kg load, of at least 1.2 times that of the aliphatic polyester resin (A), and the content of (B) is 1-50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of (A). The aliphatic polyester resin (A) is one comprising as essential ingredients an aliphatic and/or an alicyclic diol unit and an aliphatic and/or an alicyclic dicarboxylic acid unit.
