PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition having fast curability and good adhesion to carbon fiber and sufficiently curable stably. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises a resin (A) having epoxy group and radically polymerizable unsaturated group, wherein the ratio of the epoxy group to the radically polymerizable group is 0.05/0.95 to 0.95/0.05 chemical equivalent, an organic boron compound (C1), an acidic compound (C2) and an epoxy curing agent (D).
