PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane resin composition that can realize high thermal resistance, while maintaining rapid drying properties, high strength and high elongation. SOLUTION: This urethane resin composition is obtained by blending a urethane prepolymer (A) formed from an aromatic polyisocyanate and a polyol that is represented by formula (1) (wherein Mn1 is a number average molecular weight of the aromatic polyisocyanate; F1 is an average number of functional groups of the aromatic polyisocyanate; W1 is a part by weight of the aromatic polyisocyanate; Mn2 is a number average molecular weight of the polyol; F2 is an average number of functional groups of the polyol; and W2 is a part by weight of the polyol), having not less than 2 isocyanate groups at the terminal, and having a density of branch points of 0.004-0.20, a bisoxazolidine compound (B) obtained by reacting 1 mole of an organic diisocyanate comprising two isocyanate groups in a molecule, with 2 moles of 2-(2-isopropyl-1,3-oxazolidine-3-yl)ethanol, and a compound (C) having not less than two phenol groups in a molecule.
