PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tripod accessory for camera that can change a camera to a horizontal position or vertical position without changing the center axis of its lens and is reducible in production cost by simplifying the structure. SOLUTION: The tripod accessory comprises a fitting member 1 which can be fitted to a tripod S for camera and a holding member 3 where the camera W can be fitted with the tripod screw hole M of the camera, and is provided with a position change mechanism 5 which can change the holding member to the horizontal position Q or vertical position T without changing the center axis O of the lens of the camera fitted to the holding member between the holding member and fitting member.
