PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens movement mechanism with which the cost is suppressed as low with a small number of components and simple structure and movement of a position of a lens barrel is prevented after adjusting the position. SOLUTION: The lens movement mechanism 1 is provided with a guide mechanism 24 attached to an inner case 10 which holds the lens barrel and guides the inner case 10 to the horizontal direction and a lens position adjustment means 40 for adjusting the position of the inner case 10 in the horizontal direction and the lens position adjustment means 40 is constituted by providing a rotation knob 44, a cam 43 which is attached orthogonal to a rotational shaft 42 of the rotation knob 44 on which the approximately spiral shaped cam groove 43b is formed and an engagement member 45 attached to the inner case 10 provided with an engagement pin 45a engaged into the cam groove 43b and moves in the horizontal direction by rotation of the cum 43.
