PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board inspection device and a circuit board inspection method, capable of performing high reliability inspection with satisfactory workability and low inspection cost, for a circuit board to be inspected having small electrodes of a fine pitch. SOLUTION: The inspection device of the circuit board comprises a pair of an upper side inspection jig and a lower side inspection jig between which the circuit board to be inspected is arranged, while sandwiching pressure exerted on both surfaces of the circuit board for performing electrical inspection. The upper side inspection jig and the lower side inspection jig have the circuit board to be inspected side connector, equipped with an anisotropic conductive sheet having conductive particles, arranged in the thickness direction and dispersed in the surface direction as the anisotropic conductive sheet opposite to the circuit board to be inspected and have an interposing pin device, arranged with a plurality of the conductive pins and a tester side connector which electrically connects the circuit board to be inspected side connector to the tester via the interposing pin device, respectively.
