PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sub-frame for a vehicle enhancing strength and realizing light weight. SOLUTION: In the sub-frame (rear sub-frame) 16 for the vehicle, a vertical member 21 is provided with a connection part (front connection part) 44 for fitting a lateral member (front lateral member) 22 and a partition side side 46 formed on depth of the connection part (front connection part) 44. A mounting part (upper arm mounting part) 38 is provided near the partition side side 46. The connection part (front connection part) 44 and the lateral member (front lateral member) 22 are integrally bonded in the approximately similar cylindrical shape and concentration of stress of the connection part (front connection part) 44 can be suppressed.
