PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run-flat tire which enables maintaining of the rigidity of a tire, suppression heat generation, reduction of rubber breakage in the case of receiving repetitive bending deformation and long distance travel when the tire is punctured, improves uniformity, and reduces the vibration during traveling. SOLUTION: In the run-flat tire equipping with a reinforcing rubber layer in a side wall part, the reinforcing rubber layer is made of a rubber composition where 20 to 100 pts.wt. of carbon black and 5 to 30 pts.wt. of silica are compounded with 100 pts.wt. of rubber component including natural rubber and/or 20 to 80 wt% of isoprene rubber and 20 to 80 wt% of butadiene rubber, and is formed by winding rubber strip along the peripheral direction of the tire.
