PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-pipe inspection device grounding an input mechanism truck and a receiving mechanism truck on a bottom portion of a manhole so as to travel, and smoothly inserting them into a buried pipe so as to travel. SOLUTION: The input mechanism truck 21 equipped with an input mechanism 2 for inputting an elastic wave to a buried pipe, and the receiving mechanism truck 31 equipped with a receiving mechanism 3 for receiving the elastic wave inputted in the buried pipe, are connected with each other through first and second connectors 11, 12 so as to travel in a single line in the buried pipe. In each connector, a rotation fulcrum O for bending the input mechanism truck in a generally L-shape so as to turn a wheel T outward in regard to the receiving mechanism truck, and a locking means 6 for locking the input mechanism truck and the receiving mechanism truck in a bending state, are provided. The input mechanism truck and the receiving mechanism truck are suspended from a manhole by rope to be inserted in the buried pipe, in the bending state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
