PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro joint separating apparatus that needs no large-scale device or equipment and that, with a simple structure, can easily and efficiently separate a micro joint. SOLUTION: The micro joint separating apparatus 10 separates a base material M from workpieces W by removing micro joints J connecting a plurality of workpieces W from the base metal M which is composed of a metallic plate processed by machines such as a punching machine and a laser beam machine. The apparatus 10 includes a clamper 14 into which one end m of the base metal M is inserted. The one end m of the base metal M is clamped by the clamper 14, with a certain interval from it. The clamper 14 is supported by a holding part having a shaft 22. The holding part can be vibrated by a vibrating means incorporated in a housing 12 which can be grasped, so that the vibration is imparted to the base metal M clamped by the clamper 14.
