PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost golf practicing stand device by constituting a means inclining and fixing a practicing stand of a manually movable and simple mechanism in the device of inclining the golf practicing stand using a rotor composed of a spherical body. SOLUTION: This golf practicing stand device 1 comprises a stand board 3 having a lower frame 2, a support frame 4 in an annular disposition erecting from the center of the stand board 3, an annular band brake 8 locking its lower end to the upper end of a support frame 4 in the annular disposition, a spherical body 20 having its maximum diameter part 21 opposed to the inner face of the annular bad brake 8, a support base 18 slidably mounting the lower face of the spherical body 20, and a practicing stand 25 having an upper frame 24 fixed to the upper face of the spherical body 20. A vertical clamp device 27 of the annular band brake 8 is disposed in one side of the annular band brake 8 and is used for a fastening device 26 of the annular band brake 8.
