PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized apparatus designed to facilitate operation of an operator and automatically produce in-mold baked confectionery in production of the in-mold baked confectionery enclosing an ingredient such as a fish-shaped pancake. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the in-mold baked confectionery is provided with a heating apparatus for heating an in-mold baking member having a pair of split molds prepared by connecting freely openably and closably connecting a pair of top force and a bottom force having each mold cavity in mating surfaces. The apparatus is characterized as follows. A dough feeding member, an ingredient feeding member for feeding the ingredient into the dough and a confectionery receiving member for receiving the in-mold baked confectionery are movably held, respectively and each member is automatically moved from a position separated from the upper side of the in-mold baking member above the in-mold baking member. Thereby, the in-mold baked confectionery is produced. The apparatus is characterized in that the pair of split molds constituting the in-mold baking member have a mechanism for individually rotating by each rotating and driving part and a separable combination part is provided in the intermediate part of the rotation mechanism and the in-mold baking member which can be separated from the rotating and driving part and mounted and demounted by separating the combination part.
