[PROBLEMS] To provide a labeling substance capable of reversible immobilization (reversible adsorption/desorption) on a solid-phase surface and to identify securely with high precision any target biosubstance capable of interaction with a probe substance linked to the labeling substance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided labeling substance (L) comprising as constituent materials (1) organic compound (S) having a chemical structure capable of binding to probe substance (P) capable of interaction with biosubstance (B) and (2) peptide linked to the organic compound (S) which antibody (A) specifically recognizes. Further, there is provided a chimera substance composed at least of a peptide and probe substance (P) other than peptides and proteins. Still further, there is provided a process for preparing the labeling substance (L), and provided a method of biosubstance trapping, structural analysis or/and identification with the use of the labeling substance (L).
