There is provided a test execution plan creation support device for supporting a doctor to create a test execution plan. The test execution plan creation support device includes at least: a chapter-structure template storage unit (30) for storing templates in which a protocol chapter is established for each of the disease names and each of test names; a recommended expression storage unit (40) for storing a template of recommended expression for each of the chapters constituting the protocol; an input unit (10) for receiving a disease name to be subjected to a clinical test and a test name; a control unit (20) for searching a chapter-structure template appropriate for creating a protocol from the chapter-structure template storage unit (30) according to the disease name inputted and searching a recommended expression template appropriate for creating a protocol from the recommended expression storage unit (40) according to the sequence of chapters in the chapter-structure template; and a display unit (100) for displaying the recommended expression template searched. Rewrite of the recommended expression template is received via the input unit (10).
