<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a person looking at a picture a bodily sense related to the picture by utilizing a popularized picture reproducing device. <P>SOLUTION: Control data organized as a picture and an image are displayed on a TV 2 by a DVD player 1, and the image is read by an optical sensor unit 3 set on the TV screen, and a control signal is transmitted.
