<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate duplication of inputs by operators to improve operations efficiency in data sharing systems. <P>SOLUTION: A data sharing apparatus, in which a first and a second computers (11 and 14) are connected to share data, analyses input screens of the first computer to detect input parts, and automatically extracts data corresponding to the input parts, which are acquired as detection results, from the second computer.
