<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit fuel cell, crack and peel in which are prevented from occurring on startup and during power generation; and to provide a fuel cell stack and a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The unit fuel cell in a hollow tabular shape, in which a gas passes, has a power-generating part A and a non-power-generating parts B1, B2. one main side of the power-generating part A is formed such that a solid electrolyte layer 33, a fuel electrode layer 32, and an oxygen electrode layer 34 are laminated, and the other main side of the power-generating part A is formed such that an inter connector 35 is laminated.
