ADOPTIVE IMMUNITY GENE CELL THERAPY USING CELL MODIFIED BY USING RETROVIRUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adoptive immunity gene cell therapy using a cell in which a foreign gene is transduced by a retrovirus.

SOLUTION: An antigen gene is transduced into a precursor cell by using the retrovirus in which a variation is induced into NCR (negative control range) in LTR (terminal repeating sequence) and NRE (negative regulation range) in PBS (primer bound site). The precursor cell is differentiated into a desired cell to provide a cell suitable for adoptive immunotherapy. The cell differentiated and induced from the precursor cell is e.g. a dendritic cell.
