<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum preserving pot in which a vacuum state within a main body is held with a simple structure and cooked food can be preserved for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum preserving pot consists of a preserving pot main body 1 and a lid body 2, a suction passage 7 of air within the main body 1, in one end of which the connection access 6 of a vacuum pump 5 is formed, is formed within the lid body 2, while an electromagnetic valve 8 and a manometer 9 are interposed in the suction passage 7, a ball valve 11 made from titanium is laid in an exhaust port 10 connected with the main body 1, an air feed pipe 12 inserted into the main body 1 is formed in the lid body 2, and an air feed valve 13 is formed at the end on the outside of the air feed pipe 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
