<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate no Newton ring even if using clear films in a touch panel of a film-film structure. <P>SOLUTION: A clear polyethylene terephthalate film 50 formed with a transparent conductive film 51 at the lower face is placed on a clear polyethylene terephthalate film 41 formed with a transparent conductive film 42 and dot spaces 43 on the upper face by bonding the peripheries with an adhesive double coated tape 60 of square frame shape and sealing an air inflow port 61 in a peripheral position with an adhesive 62 hardened by UV irradiation. Compressed air 70 of about 1.2 atmospheric pressure slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure is confined inside, and the polyethylene terephthalate films 41, 50 are expanded to form a clearance G between them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
