PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ad hoc radio network system and a management method for injustice for estimating a spot when unjust action, such as alteration and destruction, occurs on information, which should be transmitted from a base station to a user according to the request of the user, and controlling path establishment for preventing the establishment of a path, which passes the unjust spot. SOLUTION: The system includes a message generating unit 201 for generating an information response message including provision information in response to an information request message received from a requesting terminal by a radio base station, a transceiver unit 200 for transmitting the information response message to the requesting terminal, a message verification unit 203 for verifying the correctness of a relay response message, which each radio terminal returns in response to the receive of information response message, and an unjust spot estimation unit 204 for estimating the spot, where injustice is performed against the information response message, based on the verification result.
