PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a state of a communication terminal device to be grasped by other communication terminal devices without communicating between the communication terminal devices. SOLUTION: In each mobile terminal 2, a controller determines a state of its own terminal, and transmits a registration instruction signal indicating terminal state information indicating the state and registration instruction information instructing to register the terminal state information in a database device 6 to network facilities 3. Thus, the terminal state information indicating the state of each mobile terminal 2 is stored in the database device 6. Thus, the terminal state information of each mobile terminal 2 is stored in the database device 6 and shared, thereby enabling other devices such as another mobile terminal 2 and a server device 7 to read and to grasp the terminal state information of the mobile terminal 2. Accordingly, based on the terminal state information read by the other devices, the communication terminal device is operated in conformity with the state of the communication terminal device, and convenience is improved.
