PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal capable of conducting highly accurate location positioning with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 according to the present invention is connected in radio to a PHS (Personal Handyphone System) base station C and a PDC (Personal Digital Cellular) base station having a distribution density less than the PHS base station C. The cellular phone 1 comprises a control portion 2, a PHS receiving portion 7, and a PDC radio portion 8. The control portion 2 measures a reception level of the PHS base station C. The PHS receiving portion 7 receives a PHS base station ID. The PDC radio portion 8 transmits the reception level measured by the control portion 2 to the PDC base station C, along with the PHS base station ID received by the PHS receiving portion 7.
