PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems, in which image acquisition of whole reference recording sheets for every appending and manual input through a keyboard to assign retrieval keys to text data are bottlenecks for computerizing reference information in computerizing reference information stored in libraries. SOLUTION: Information is filled in on reference recording sheets and appending sheets, which are created with digital papers, using a digital pen, and the filled contents are stored into the digital pen as filled contents data to be transmitted to client terminals.
