PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital servo control device excelling in responsiveness and positioning accuracy. SOLUTION: An adding circuit consisting of a constant voltage source 41, an invertible adding circuit 45 and an inversion circuit 46 e.g. is arranged on the output side of a DA converter 26 and a digital signal 25 inputted to the DA converter 26 in the steady state of control operation is offset against a previously determined value (e.g. a value for inverting all bits of a digital value, 0 of the digital value or a digital value by which a glitch impulse is easily generated).
